Go Lakers: Laker Baker Potatoes

I get potatoes and root vegetables from Weiser Family Farms at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market. This week, there was an obvious choice: the zebra-like yellow and purple potatoes, otherwise known as “Laker Bakers.” (I usually roast them or make home fries.) Go Lakers!
